All rates incur an extra 5% Service Charge and 10% Government Tax. All rates include a car for 10 hours per day excluding petrol, full breakfasts and return airport transfers. Payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate, in accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations.
